- Export and import your data securely
3. Eligibility
You may use Perioo if you:

- Enable biometric lock if device is shared with others
- Protect exported backup file passphrases
- Not share your device unlocked with untrusted parties

- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App
- Not use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
6. Data and Privacy

Your Data Ownership
- You own all data you enter into the App
- You can export and delete your data at any time

- You are responsible for backing up your data
- Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all stored data
- We cannot recover lost data

Premium Features

- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- Refunds are subject to app store policies (Apple App Store / Google Play)
- Features may change with updates
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We Are Not Liable For:
- Decisions made based on App predictions or data
- Health outcomes from using or misusing the App
- Data loss due to device failure, uninstallation, or user error
- Third-party actions or device security breaches
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
10. Assumption of Risk
By using this App, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Use of the App is entirely at your own risk
- You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information from the App
- You will not rely on the App for any medical, health, or life-affecting decisions
- Any actions you take based on App data are your sole responsibility
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Byte Flux Studios LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any claim that your use of the App caused damage to a third party
12. Dispute Resolution
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
No Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against us.
Informal Resolution First
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
No Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy of predictions or calculations
- Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
- That the App will meet your specific requirements
14. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to:

- Change these Terms with reasonable notice
- Release new versions with different functionality
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
15. Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You may stop using Perioo at any time by uninstalling the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
