By using this App, you acknowledge that:

All recipe and food safety content is for general guidance only

You use the App entirely at your own risk

3. Subscriptions

The App offers a free tier and a Pro subscription with additional features:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
Manage or cancel via your device's app store subscription settings

4. Data and Privacy

Your activity logs, favourites, and shopping lists are stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All App content (recipes, images, text, design, and code) is owned by Byte Flux Studios LTD. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Byte Flux Studios LTD is not liable for health outcomes, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Byte Flux Studios LTD operates.
