- Optional cloud backup and family sharing
3. Not Medical Advice
IMPORTANT: Baby Feed Tracking is a logging tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By using this App, you acknowledge that:
- The App is for personal tracking and reference purposes only
- The App is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice
- You should consult a paediatrician or healthcare provider regarding your baby's feeding needs, growth, and health
- You use the App entirely at your own risk
4. Data, Accounts and Sharing
Your data is stored on your device unless you choose to back it up or share it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- You own the data you enter into the App
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure
- People you invite to your family can see and add to the entries you share
- You can delete your data or your account at any time in the App
5. Subscriptions
Baby Feed Tracking may offer a premium tier with additional features:
- Pricing is clearly displayed before purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
6. Intellectual Property
The Baby Feed Tracking app, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Byte Flux Studios LTD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byte Flux Studios LTD is not liable for:
- Any health outcomes for your baby arising from use or misuse of the App
- Decisions made based on App content or logged data
- Data loss or deletion, including loss due to device failure, uninstallation, service interruptions, or errors in the App or our services
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or end any feature at any time.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
